What is this Sweet As website thingy?

When we find a sweet as deal we feature it on our website which is usually something pretty awesome to do, see or eat in throughout New Zealand & Australia.  By getting lots of you good people signed up to our deals, we get group discounts that you won't get anywhere else.

How do I purchase today's great deal?

Just click "BUY" before the offer ends at midnight. We charge your card and email you your Sweet As coupon to print off or you can download it from the "My Coupons" area of the website when you are logged in. Once you have purchased the sweet deal, print it off, take it to the merchant and enjoy.

It's not recognising my email?

If you have just signed up to receive the Sweet As deals email thats great.  But to purchase one of the deals you have to actually register an account with the system.  Just fill in the form on the "Register" page after you click "buy now".  You can register with the same email you used to sign up for the deals email.

Do I have to use my coupon that day?

No.  On the deal conditions you will see a date for when the coupon is valid from and when it expires which means you can use the coupon anytime from the valid from date to the expiry date.  The coupon is generally available to be used from the day after the deal finishes to the expiry date listed in the deal conditions.

Where's my coupon I purchased?

Once you have purchased your coupon you will be sent an email with the coupon to the account you signed up with. You can also download your coupon from the "My Coupons" area once you are logged in with the email you regsitered to buy with.  Not often, but occassionally spam filters will catch your email, in that case, login to your account, click on "my coupons" and there you will be able to download your unique coupon.  If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll sort it out for you.

Where is the Sweet As business based?

We have offices in Auckland & on the Gold Coast were ANZAC's ( Kiwis & Skips ) who love to see local businesses thrive and in the process give people a great deal on experiencing the many fantastic things the area has to offer.

So don't keep it to yourself, tell your friends, aunty, cousins and your neighbours dog about the website.  The more people we get signed up, the better the deals we can get.

Do I need to use my Sweet As coupon the same day I buy it?

Nope, usually you can use your coupon from the day after you purchased it.  Most coupons will have a expiry date in which you have to use it by.  Make sure you check the "Details" on the offer and it will be printed on your coupon as well.

Can I buy a Sweet As Deal as a gift for someone else?

You sure can. Sweet As deals can usually be gifted, and unless the fine print specifically states otherwise, go ahead, everybody likes receiving gifts! To do this, click on "Buy for a Friend" on the daily deal homepage.

If I don't use the full value of the Sweet As Deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated, you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. If you're having trouble spending it the full amount, treat someone else as well, that well earn you brownie points.

Can I combine my Sweet As Deal with other offers or specials?

No ... not unless the Sweet As Deal specifically states otherwise.

Am I billed as soon as I click the "Buy" button on a Sweet As Deal?

No- you will be shown what you are purchasing and the amount, then you are taken to a secure page to enter your credit card details where your card will be billed once you have entered the required fields.

Is Sweet As safe?

Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault at www.Flo2Cash.co.nz (the New Zealand secure payment provider that companies such as 2 Degrees use).  At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

Can I return a Sweet As Deal?

Generally no, but hey, you can always get in touch and tell us why we should!  We want you the customer to be happy, happy customers is good very everybody.
